1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale or customized pieces.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at support@stelloxe.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, washed, or altered in any way

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
